Assumption Cemetery Old (also known as Old Catholic Cemetery) is located on Kings Highway North, where the road meets Old Hill Road. It is adjacent to Christ and Holy Trinity Church Cemetery and less than a quarter mile down Kings Highway from the Old Burial Ground (Kings Highway Cemetery). There are many stones for people who were born abroad, from Italy and Ireland, in particular. Many families are interred here, with memorials for multiple members. The cemetery is still in use.

Estimated number of interments, as of January 2024: at least 1678.
